Brett Campo State Farm is a high-performance insurance agency located in Houston (Rice Village). We are hiring driven, competitive, and coachable Sales Account Manager to help grow our auto, home, and life insurance book.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Conduct coverage reviews and proactively cross-sell auto, home, renters, and life insurance
- Close warm leads and follow up persistently on opportunities
- Maintain high activity levels (calls, quotes, follow-ups)
- Provide professional service that builds long-term customer retention
- Help grow the agency through referrals and community engagement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred (insurance, retail, B2B, or commission-based roles)
- Competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable discussing money and closing business
- Strong communication skills (phone + in person)
- Coachable and accountable
- Texas P&C license preferred (or willingness to obtain within 60 days)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base salary + commission

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
